Like limiting beliefs from your parents – what were they?
In my case, I was programed to believe that spending time doing what I loved meant wasting my time. When I finished secondary school I wanted to go to an art school. But my parents didn´t let me. They said I had to take general subjects at the gymnasium so that I would be able to get a proper job one day. They didn´t like artists that much and believed that all artists ended up poor and that they were quirky people. So I believed every time I spent doing what I loved I wasted my time. And so I didn´t developed my core strengths as I started du believe I had to become someone else in order to get å happy life.
